| Abstract: | This paper firstly introduces the concept of enterprise collaborative knowledge management from realistic foundation and technology foundation, then, analyzes its strategic aims and 4 inscapes based on the aims. 3 policies for enterprises to implement collaborative knowledge management are discussed. Finally, the paper puts forward its implementary process and guarantee mechanism. |
