| 摘 要： | 目的:探究社区健康教育在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者治疗中的应用。方法:随机选取112例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均分为对照组与观察组,对照组门诊治疗时、住院治疗给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础治疗上,出院后继续给予社区健康教育。观察并比较两组患者疗效、掌握健康知识测评得分、JOA得分、随访后健康教育结果。结果:观察组总有效率100%显著高于对照组83.93%,χ2=9.061,P=0.000;观察组基本治愈36例(64.29%)显著高于对照组28例(50.00%),观察组无效0例(0.00%)显著低于对照组9例(16.07%),P<0.05;观察组健康知识测评得分(8土1.27)分显著高于对照组(4±1.10)分,P<0.05;健康教育后,观察组JOA得分(22.54±3.57)分显著高于对照组(18.54±2.68)分,P<0.01;健康教育满意度观察组54例(96.43%)、复发率3例(5.37%)显著优于对照组,P<0.01;结论:社区健康教育应用于防治LDH,防治效果显著,复发率低,安全性高,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application analysis of community health education in therapy of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:To select 112 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients,the study was conducted in the control group and the observation group,the control group was given conventional health education in the outpatient clinic,and the observation group was given community health education on the basis of the control group.It was compared that therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients,the health knowledge assessed score,JOA score and health education results.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%significantly higher than that of the control group(83.93%),χ2=9.061,P=0.000.36 cases(64.29%)were basically cured in the observation group,significantly higher than 28 cases(50.00%)in the control group,and 0 cases(0.00%)were ineffective in the observation group,significantly lower than 9 cases(16.07%)in the control group P<0.05.The health knowledge score(8±1.27)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(4±1.10),P<0.05.After healthy education,JOA scores of both groups were improved compared with healthy education,and JOA scores of the observation group(22.54±3.57)were significantly higher than those of the control group(18.54±2.68),P<0.01.had healthy education effective rate,54 cases(96.43%)had satisfaction rate,and 3 cases(5.37%)had recurrence rate significantly higher than P<0.01.Conclusion:Community health education is applied to the treatment of LDH,which has a remarkable efficacy,low recurrence rate,high security and application value,so it worth popularizing and applying. |
