| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚的职业教育经过长期的探索与实践，逐步形成了较为完善的体系。TAFE学院高质量、高素质的师资队伍确保了其人才培养目标的实现和人才培养质量的提高。当前我国职业院校内涵建设的关键就在于如何培养一支高质量的专兼结合的师资队伍。笔者通过在澳大利亚西南悉尼TAFE学院的学习和研修，提炼了澳大利亚职业教育师资队伍建设的一些经验和特色，并结合实际提出助力职业教育师资培养的一些想法和启迪。

| Abstract: | The Australian vocational education gradually formed a relatively perfect system after a long period of exploration and practice. While having high-quality teaching team is an important guarantee to realize the goal of cultivating talents and improving the training quality of Australian TAFE institute. The key of our construction of vo？cational colleges lies in how to cultivate a high quality professional teaching team. By learning and researching in the South Western Sydney Institute of TAFE, with a full understanding of the successful experience in the teaching team construction of vocational education in Australia, the author puts forward the preliminary idea of the teaching team construction for higher vocational in China. |
