| 摘 要： | 乌昌经济一体化进程的推进要以科学发展观为前提,正确处理人口、资源、环境的关系,这不仅是经济一体化的客观需要,也是构建和谐社会的基本要求。本文在论述了乌昌经济一体化与构建和谐社会紧密关系的基础上,从政府、企业和居民三个角度阐述了为实现社会和谐,促进乌昌经济一体化的具体措施和对策。

| Abstract: | The advancement of Urumqi-Changji Region's economic integration should regard scientific development view as a premise,deal with the relation of population,resources and environments correctly.It is not only objective need of the economic integration,but also the basic request of the construction of harmonious society.Based on describing the close relation between Urumqi-Changji Region's economic integration and construction of the harmonious society,this article states concrete measures and the countermeasures of the Urumqi-Changji Region's economic integration from the three angles of government,enterprises and inhabitants in order to realize the harmonious society. |
