| Abstract: | On the basis of the reality of vocational college students of agronomy and forestry, this article analyzes the factors that cause the obstacles in their English listening, which include the particularity of the students at vocational colleges of agronomy and forestry, students＇ level of language, listening skills and English cultural knowledge. Then, the article proposes the tackling strategies for improving the students＇ English listening ability from the aspects of teaching pronunciation, cultural knowledge and improving the teaching methods. |
