科学岛使命驱动的建制化科研模式探索与实践

摘    要:通过对科学岛创建时期栉风沐雨、筚路蓝缕奋斗历程的回顾,以及对融合发展阶段团结协作、锐意进取、勇攀世界科技高峰的总结,阐释了科学岛人对“创新科技、服务国家、造福人民”初心和使命的坚守。科学岛以国家战略需求为导向,依托大科学装置,以使命驱动实现多学科交叉融合发展,走出了一条科学岛建制化科研之路。这些启示和思考,将激励科学岛人恪守专业领域“国家队”的使命定位,为实现高水平科技自立自强作出新的更大贡献。

Abstract:The article reviews Science Islander''s tenacity in the face of hardships and scarcity in the early construction years and showcases their solidarity and cooperation, enterprising spirit, and motivation in pursuing the science cause at the recent integrated development stage. It illustrates the Science Islander''s original aspiration and adherence to the mission of "innovating science and technology, serving the country and benefiting the people". Guided by the national strategic needs and driven by mission, Science Island relies on large-scale scientific facilities to achieve interdisciplinary and integrated development, and has paved a way for institutionalized scientific research of Science Island. These inspirations and reflections will inspire the Science Islander to stay true to the mission as a "national team" in the professional field and make new and greater contributions to the realization of high-level self-reliance and self-improvement.
