| 摘 要： | 发展环保产业是龙岩发挥优势产业和进行工业结构战略性调整的最佳选择。应将发展龙岩环保设备制造产业纳入到建设海峡西岸经济区产业集群的结构架内,充分发挥好大型骨干企业的辐射带动作用,及时制定发展规划,整合环保产业能力,加快主导产业和相关配套产业的集聚、开发,扩大产业规模;加大政策扶持力度,运用政策和经济杠杆的调节作用,鼓励和引导各种社会资源进入环保产业领域中来;加快建设环保工业园区,争取成为国家级环保产业基地,提高市场地位,提高产业整合能力;创新投资机制,加大环保产业投入;扶持培育骨干企业,形成若干集团,发展规模经济,创造规模效益,抵御市场风险;推动技术创新和技术引进,提高企业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | Developing environmental protection industry,to Longyan's economic structure, is the best choice of transforming the way of economic growth and making strategic adjustments in its economic structure.This paper puts forward some suggestions as to the development of Longyan's environmental protection industry, such as bringing its equipment manufacturing industry into line with the frame of building industry groups of economic zone along Fujian coast;giving full play to radiating and leading function of large main industries;making timely development programmes and consolidating the ability of environmental protection industry,etc.. |
