| 摘 要： | 现代物流体系作为产业集聚的结果，其进一步发展与产业集群升级互为推动。泉州现代物流由于基础设施相对薄弱、物流市场尚未健全、智力支撑体系处于起步阶段，整体的供给水平不足，制约了产业集群升级。因此，泉州现代物流发展应立足于服务泉州产业集群升级，其主要途径包括推进产业集群升级扩大现代物流需求，梳理重点产业链寻找提升现代物流服务水平切入点，依托泉台物流合作培育现代物流市场。

| Abstract: | As a result of industrial clustering, modern logistics system＇ s further development and upgrading of industrial clusters can promote each other. Quanzhou modern logistics infrastructure lags behind ,the logistics market is not fully developed, and the intellectual system is still at the initial stage. The shortage of logistics service supply constrains industrial clusters upgrading. Therefore, the development of modern logistics should be based on upgrading of industrial clusters in Quanzhou. The main channels includes：upgrading of industrial clusters to promote the expansion of demand for modern logistics service, combining the focal point industrial chains, and enhancing the level of modern logistics service,logistics co-operation with Taiwan to cultivate modern logistics market. |
