| 摘 要： | 同步对位移动是篮球比赛场上实现对抗与转换及其体现持续性的平台,以力量对抗尤为重要、以攻守转换最为频繁,通过分析同步对位水平位移、竖向位移内涵和特征,进一步明确攻守辩证关系和实战对抗的背景,使篮球比赛更加贴近实战的需要,也就更加有利于篮球运动的教学、训练与发展.

| Abstract: | Synchronized Para-position of shaft-position is a platform of realizing resists and transformation,manifesting the durative sustainability.It is characterized by the importance of strength resistance and frequent offense and defense.This article analyzes the nature and characteristics of synchronized para-position horizontal displacement and vertical displacement.It demonstrates dialectical relations of offense and defense and the background of actual combat;makes the basketball training close to actual combat situation,further promotes the development of basketball game. |
