| Abstract: | Kafka and Hemingway are always regarded as representatives of western literature at polar opposites.This paper analyzes the similarities that hide under the different ways of narration in Kafka's Ground Hole and Hemingway's A Clean WellLighted Place from the following aspects: establishment of space,embodiment of relation in dialogue,and the choice of allegory and symbolism. |
