电烘箱温度监控系统设计

摘    要:结合实验室现有设备,应用分散控制工程设计方法和软件设计方法开发了一套实用小型温度监控系统。该系统包括硬件及软件两大部分,硬件系统由计算机、智能仪表以及电烘箱组成,软件系统采用VisualBasic可视化编程语言编写控制程序,系统上层由计算机控制,下层由智能仪表控制。该系统实现了对温度的采集及温度曲线控制,并对采集数据进行实时、直观的显示,储存并打印各种数据、表格和曲线。最后对温度控制精度及影响因素进行了分析。

Abstract:Combining with the existing equipment in laboratory,a set of practical small temperatures supervisory system using the Distributed Control method and the software design method is developed.This system includes hardware and software parts.The hardware system is made up of the computer,the intelligent measuring appliance and the electric oven.The software system uses presently popular Visual Basic programming language to establish the control program.The upper level of system is controlled by the computer,while the lower level is controlled by the intelligent measuring appliance.This system realized collecting temperature and controlling the temperature curve,and displaying the gathered data direct-viewing real-time,saving and printing each kind of data,form and curve.Thesis on the temperature control accuracy and influencing factors were analyzed.
