| 摘 要： | 法律教育是大学生思想教育中的重要环节,它强化大学生法律意识,健全大学生独立人格,提升大学生价值观,帮助他们了解公民应该享有法律所规定的权利和履行的义务。本文试从法律教育是大学生思想教育的基础教育、法律教育的基本环节与法律理论教育和案例教育的关系三方面分析法律教育在大学生思想教育中的地位及作用。

| Abstract: | Legal education is an important procedure in ideological education to university students.It strengthens the university students'law consciousness,makes university students independent in personality,promotes university students'self-values,helps them be aware of the rights every citizen should enjoy,and the obligations and responsibilities he should undertake in law.This article analyzes the status of education and the role which legal education plays in university students' ideological education from three aspects which legal education is the elementary education of ideological education to university students the basic procedure of legal education the relationship between theoretical study of law and case studies. |
