| 摘 要： | 大球，11分赛制，以及无遮挡发球等新规则的实施，为乒乓球运动带来了世界性影响。对中国乒乓球界来说，重要的是认清规则变革的宗旨及趋势，调整思路，研究新的对策。其中涉及技、战术方面的问题，包括积极倡导横拍弧圈球打法，直拍打法必须创新，积极支持削球打法，技战术创新应该注重实效等等。

| Abstract: | The implement of the new rules of big ball,11-score and non-sheltered service has brought a worldwide influence for table tennis.It is important for the table tennis circles of China to recognize the purpose and trend of the rule changes,to adjust thought and study new countermeasures.It should advocate the loop drive with orthodox grip,the innovation of penhold drive and chop.The innovation of skill and tactics should pay more attention to actual effect. |
