| 摘 要： | 高职院校外语教学中出现的网络化趋势,让许多外语教师感到传统教学技能难以适应新教学环境的需求。为了解决这一矛盾,高校必须为外语教师提供网络技术应用技能以及基于网络技术的外语教学技能培训。本文通过借鉴英国开放大学的一项师资培训项目,以Hampel＆Stickler网络化外语教学教师技能金字塔（2005）为理论依据,探讨了网络化外语教学的岗前培训模式,以及教师可持续性发展的途径。

| Abstract: | With the current trend of online language teaching in vocational and technical colleges,the teaching skills which have been used by many language teachers in traditional face-to-face classrooms are difficult to adapt the new teaching environment.To resolve this predicament,the language teachers need training concerning the application of web technologies in language teaching.Referring to a successful teacher training project of Open University and Hampel & Stickler’s skill pyramid of online language teaching,this paper discusses the pattern of pre-course training concerning online language teaching and approaches to post-course sustained development. |
