| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆人力资源建设存在着馆内的相关管理制度不健全、人才队伍不稳定、图书馆员综合素质有待提高等问题。通过健全图书馆管理制度、加强硬件和软件建设、促进服务理念与时俱进、坚持＂走出去、引进来＂的人才战略等途径可以加快高校图书馆的人力资源建设。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problems of human resource construction in college libraries,such as the imperfect management regulations,instability of staff and the Librarian’s comprehensive quality needing to be improved;and it puts forward some countermeasures for a speeding construction of human resources in college libraries from the harmonious campus perspective. |
