| 摘 要： | 《行政处罚法》是规范行政机关行为的一部重要法律,在日常工作中,应强化措施,推动该法的全面贯彻实施,切实保障和监督行政机关依法实施行政管理,提高执法水平,因此,我们必须对其进行研究和探索,找出存在的问题,提出解决的办法,把我国真正建设成为一个法治国家。
