| 摘 要： | 由于地域和认识的差异,在有关海洋生物的历史文献中所列的鱼类名称或缺少注释或用生僻的古名,经常出现异鱼同名或同鱼异名的情况,比较混乱。针对这一问题,笔者利用历史文献对郝懿行《记海错》中的＂刀鱼＂进行了鱼名辨析,并与现代鱼类分类学相对照。这对于探索其演变规律,把握古代海洋生物的命名特点,再现历史时期海洋生物的整体面貌,研究海洋生物变迁都有重要意义。
