摘    要:自制的偏光实验用微电流检流计主要是采用LF353运算放大器和二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波电路对信号进行放大,用AT89S52单片机作为控制芯片,由ICL7135模数转换芯片对放大后的信号进行数据采集,并通过4位数码管显示测量数据.微电流计的量程为0.1uA-0.1mA,放大倍数连续可调,而且还设置了数字清零功能,可以有效地排除环境影响.在"偏振光的检测和马吕斯定律的验证"实验中,进行了初步应用,实验数据表明该仪器具有较高的测量精度、良好的重复性和稳定性,可满足偏光检测类实验的要求.

Abstract:The micro-current galvanometer used for polarized light experiment proposed in this paper mainly amplifies the signals to sample by a LF353 operational amplifier and a second order Butterworth low-pass filter circuit under the control of an AT89S52 microcontroller chip,and then,makes the data acquisition for the amplified signals using the ADC ICL7135 chip,followed by the measurement display though a 4-bit Digitron.The range of this galvanometer is 0.1uA-0.1mA and also its magnification is continuously adju...
