| 摘 要： | 创意产业是在全球化条件下，以进入小康时代人们的精神文化娱乐消费需求为基础，以高科技手段为支撑，以网络等最新传播方式为主导的，以文化艺术与经济科技的全面结合为自身特征的跨行业跨部门跨领域重组或创建的新型产业。它是以创意创新为核心，以知识资本的运作为手段，统摄生产、传播、流通、消费等产业发展全过程的复合概念；是向大众提供文化、艺术、精神、心理、娱乐产品的新兴产业集群。文化创意产业的创意形态包括原生形态的创意、交互性创意、衍伸性创意和推陈出新式创意。文化创意产业主要具有产业之间的融合功能和空间资源的集聚功能。我们要通过各种途径加快发展文化创意产业。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the globalization,the industry of creating new ideas and concepts is a new industry,based on the need for recreational consumption of the people who have already been at the comfortably well-off standard,supported by advanced high technology means,anchored by the newest ways of network,characterized with the combination of the cultural arts and economic science.Creation is its core;Operation of the knowledge capital is its means;It covers a sequence of concepts: production,transmission,circulation,consumption,etc;and it provide the public with the production of culture,arts,spirit,psychology and amusement.The forms of the industry of creating new ideas and concepts involves original creation,reciprocal creation,extending creation and the creation of weeding out the old to bring forth the new.This industry has the function of fusion of other industries and the function of collection of space resources.All kinds of measures must be taken to quicken the development of the industry of creating new ideas and concepts. |
