| Abstract: | First,the basic aim that should be held in the budget evaluation of a project belong to the local science and technology plan(PLSTP) was analyzed and expatiated,moreover the characteristics and the principals of the budget evaluation of PLSTP were analyzed and summarized.Secondly the related main bodies,which could affect the quality of the budget evaluation of PLSTP,and their object functions were researched deeply.Then the principle,the program and the method of the quality control of the budget evaluation of PLSTP were put forward in this paper.The dynamic management of the quality control of it was prospected at last. |
