| 摘 要： | 审读是提高学术期刊质量的有效手段 ,文稿的审读、出版后主编和责任编辑的审读、作者和专家的审读、年终审读总结等 ,都能从不同的侧面促进期刊质量的提高。面对新世纪的时代要求 ,审读制度也需要完善 ,在提高期刊质量的同时 ,要注意编辑综合素质的提高 ,加强与专家的联系 ,发挥现代科技优势 ,注重论文创新性。

| Abstract: | The reading after publication is the good means to elevate the quality of academic journals. Reading after publication could promote the quality of academic journals in difference by the editor in chief, editors, author writers and specialists in years end. In the new times, the reading after publication needs to develop the quality of editors, to amplify contact with specialists,to play the advantage of modern science and technology ,and to take innovation seriously. |
