| 摘 要： | 文化创意产业目前已成为衡量一个国家或城市综合实力高低的重要标志。河北省张家口市的创意产业尚处在起步阶段,发展相对滞后,存在着产业层次水平低,结构不够合理,基础设施不完善等问题,其产业集群刚刚起步。结合目前张家口市创意产业集聚区发展的现状,就产业集群发展存在的问题,提出强化政府政策支持,吸引创意人才集群,塑造文化创意产业集群品牌等3点建议。

| Abstract: | Cultural creative industry has become one of the most important marks used to weigh a country or city’s general strength nowadays.Zhangjiakou’s creative industry is still at its initial stage and lagging relatively.It has some problems of low levels,unreasonable structure and imperfect infrastructure.Aiming at the present situation,the paper offers three suggestions of intensifying the government and policy support,attracting creative talents and shaping cultural brands of creative clusters. |
