| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校建设和发展的核心,学科建设水平是衡量学校办学实力、科研水平、学术地位的主要标志。新组建的地方综合性高校学科建设,除具有地方性、选择性、应用性等地方高校学科建设所具有的基本特点外,多数是几所不同性质的学校合并组建而成,因此受原学校发展基础和学科特色影响较大,学科建设亦存在各自的特点。结合河北省学科建设实际,对同类院校学科建设中存在的问题进行分析,并提出汇聚学术队伍、凝炼学科方向、构筑研究平台等几项建设保障措施,以提高学校学科建设的整体水平。

| Abstract: | Discipline construction is the core of the institutions of higher education,and the level of discipline construction is the main measuring indicator of the school-running strength,the level of scientific research and the academic status.In discipline construction,the newly-formed local universities generally have local characteristics,selective characteristics and applied characteristics.In addition,most of the newly-formed local universities are formed by several schools of different modes and are always affected by their respective basis and subject features,so the characteristics of discipline construction are various.Combining with the actual discipline construction in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the problems in the similar universities and colleges,and puts forward some suggestions including collecting academic groups,refining discipline orientation,building research platforms,and etc.,in order to improve the overall level of discipline construction. |
