| 摘 要： | 保证生源质量是研究生教育质量管理的首要环节,而录取情况分析是评价生源质量的重要手段。依据2003-2010年河北工业大学学术型硕士研究生的录取学生信息库,对各年的初试成绩、复试成绩和生源结构进行了统计分析和对比分析,结果显示该校录取情况总体稳定,学生基础知识扎实,但生源结构方面有较大改进空间。提出了加强招生宣传、重视推荐免试工作、改进复试方案和优化调剂工作等建议。

| Abstract: | It is the primary link of quality management of graduate education to ensure the students quality;matriculation situation analysis is an important method to evaluate the students quality.According to the information database of academic postgraduate of Master Degree in Hebei University of Technology from 2003 to 2010,comparative and statistical analyses are made on preliminary examination achievement,re-examination achievement and the students’structure for each year respectively.The result shows that overall matriculation situation is stable,and the students’basic knowledge is solid,but there is great room to improve the students’structure.Finally,suggestions for strengthening the enrollment publicity,attaching importance to exam-free recommendation,improving the re-examination programs and optimizing the student transfers,etc.are put forward,with a view to providing support for the development of graduate education of the university. |
