| 摘 要： | 企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展，就必须要适应时代的要求，要持续不断地以各种各样的创新取得竞争优势。而企业的创新机制正是保证企业不断创新的生命力的源泉。本文探讨信息机制、决策机制、R＆D机制、制度和组织机制、激励机制之间的相互作用，构建功能齐全的企业创新机制，保证企业富有挑战力。

| Abstract: | In order to survive and develop in sharp market competition, the enterprises must meet the requirements of the age, and have competitive advantages by way of various innovations. The innovation mechanism of enterprises is the fountain of endless creative ideas. This article studies the information mechanism, the decision making mechanism, the R&D mechanism, the organizational mechanism and incentive mechanism and how they come together to function and how to form complete enterprise innovation mechanism to make enterprises competitive. |
