后危机时代的企业劳动关系管理研究

摘    要:我国企业在进入后危机时代的同时,企业劳动关系出现了体现在劳动报酬、劳动需求和劳动心理三个方面的"后危机现象"。劳动者与企业之间的经济交换和社会交换是劳动关系"后危机现象"产生的根源。为此,要构建包括利益共享观、工资共决制、激励方法、心理契约、三方协调五方面内容的应对策略,使后危机时代的劳动关系趋向和谐。
