| 摘 要： | 基层教学管理队伍是高职院校教学工作中的重要力量,对提高教学质量起着举足轻重的作用。根据目前高职院校基层教学管理队伍的基本现状及对高职院校基层教学管理人员的基本要求,就如何加强高职院校基层教学管理队伍的建设问题作了初步探讨。
