| 摘 要： | 高职生作为高等教育下的弱势群体,在高校迅速扩招、就业压力越来越大的情况下,在心理上承受着巨大的压力。近年来在国家政策的指引下,各高职院校根据学生特点纷纷开展了创业教育,但是对于学生创业心理素质的培养却缺乏系统的、科学的、有效的方式方法。应采用＂渗透教育创业训练测验与咨询＂这样的培养模式,才能取得良好的培养效果。
