| 摘 要： | MRO采购是一种采购价值比较低,采购过程耗时耗力,却又对企业生产影响重大的采购活动。从MRO采购的内涵特点进行研究,介绍国外MRO采购的管理成果,描述国内企业MRO采购现状,并在此基础上提出了国内企业优化MRO采购管理的对策。

| Abstract: | MRO procurement is an activity of relatively low value,time-consuming and labor-intensive,but it has the significant impact on production.This paper shall study the characteristics of the connotation of MRO,describe the results of foreign MRO procurement management,analyse the status of domestic enterprises MRO procurement.On this basis,the article proposes countermeasures to optimize the management of MRO procurement of domestic enterprises. |
