| 摘 要： | 现代工业化背景下，高职教育能否办出特色，很大程度上取决于企业参与办学的程度。校企联合办学不仅有利于解决校企之间的人才供需矛盾，准确定位人才培养的目标、质量规格，而且对改善高职院校办学条件，形成高职办学特色等有着重要作用：实现校企联合办学需要建立通畅的合作渠道，建构“共享、双赢”的机制与模式。

| Abstract: | Cooperation of school and enterprise is beneficial both to the professional need of enterprises and the development of higher vocational education (HVE in short). Such system is vitally important for us to set and achieve goals for professional training, locate and suit the quality specifications and improve HVE working conditions, which is a unique feature of HVE. This paper deals with the cooperation methods and' corresponding policies in achieving the cooperation of school and enterprise. |
