| 摘 要： | 以资源为中心的网络信息资源管理模式是对信息的先发布再组织，具有很大的局限性。以用户为中心的网络信息资源管理模式是一种主动的针对用户需求的模式，是在信息发布的同时进行组织，克服了以资源为中心模式的局限性。网络信息资源管理模式应向以用户为中心的管理模式转变。

| Abstract: | The resource-centered management pattern of information resources on Intemet,a way organizing information after being released,has many disadvantages.The user-centered one,another way of organizing information after being released,is based on users' demand,and it overcomes the limita- tion of the former.This paper suggests the shifting from the former to the latter. |
