| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析法,在分析中国竞技健美操的优势(集体六人、男子单人)、劣势(训练体系、运动员体能、运动员表现力、难度动作类型、科研)、机遇、威胁等因素的基础上,提出中国竞技健美操的发展对策:掌握新规则;建立并完善选拔、培养、训练体制;加强健美操科学研究等。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed strength(six-people team item、men s single item),weakness(training system、athlete s physical ability 、athlete s expressive force、difficulty action type、 research),opportunity and threat of China Gymnastics Aerobics by the SWOT analytical method,and then the author put some solutions to the problems:master the new period regulations;establish and perfect the system of selection and training;advance Gymnastics Aerobics research. |
