| 摘 要： | 新闻出版总署要求出版单位专业技术人员实行职业资格登记管理,并对责任编辑实行注册管理。出版单位专业技术人员,尤其是责任编辑人员要深刻认识该项工作的意义。责任编辑注册是出版专业人员职业资格管理工作不断完善的结果;责任编辑注册能推动出版行业职业化进程;责任编辑注册管理能促进出版队伍整体素质的提高。出版单位应积极响应新闻出版总署的要求,保证责任编辑注册工作有序、顺利地推进。

| Abstract: | General Administration of Press and Publication calls for vocational qualification registration man-agement of professional and technical personnel and registration management of commissioning editors in pub-lishing houses.Personnel in publishing houses,especially the commissioning editors should deeply understand the significance of the work.Commissioning editor registration,attributed to improvement of personnel manage-ment in publishing houses,promotes the professionalism of the publishing industry and the improvement of overall quality of personnel in publishing houses.Therefore,editors should respond positively to the calling of General Administration of Press and Publication to ensure orderly and smooth registration of commissioning edi-tors. |
