| 摘 要： | 利益是主体、客体和中介的有机构成,它具有时空特性。各利益主体中,当一方长期处于优势地位而另一方处于弱势地位的状态,则形成了它们之间的利益失衡。当前职教集团由于利益表达主体不均衡和客体缺陷及中介局限,造成学校、企业等利益主体之间利益的失衡,影响职教集团深入、长远发展。如何处理好成员单位之间的利益关系,达成职教集团成员利益均衡,是当前职教集团建设亟需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Interest is the organic composition of subject, object and intermediary. It has characteristics of time and space. Among interest subjects, when one party is in a dominant position for a long time while the other is in a state of weak position, the interest imbalance will form. In present vocational education group imbalance among subjects, the deficiency of objects and intermediary limit has caused imbalance between school and enterprises, influenced the long development of vocational education group. How to deal well with relationship among subjects and achieve the interest balance has become a pressing problem in the group construction. |
