管束干燥机蒸汽泄漏的故障机理及其解决方案

摘    要:管束内件在管束干燥机的工作过程中起到了关键性的作用。一方面它使物科产生流动;另一方面,蒸汽从它内部通过。使物科在流动过程中被逐步烘干。因而,它不但是烘干物科的主体,还是传递运动或动力的主体。由于故障就出在它身上,所以,对管束内件的受力分析及对其内部主要结构的剖析,就是我们从根本上解决蒸汽泄漏的焦点和关键所在。

Abstract:Pipe-clusters play a key role in the working process of pipe-cluster drier, which both makes the raw material flow through the drier and makes the raw material dry gruadually during the flowing of the material. Therefore, it is not only the main part of the drier, but also the main part that transmits movement or monument. Because many malfunctions take place here, analysis of the forces and the inner stoucture are the key for us to resolve the leaking of vapor through it.
