| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校思想政治工作中存在的注重学生道德素质培养而忽视教师道德素质培养、注重党组织和少数专职人员负责思想政治工作而忽视党政工团齐抓共管、习惯于传统的思想政治工作模式而缺乏内容和形式上的创新、注重寻找思想政治工作方法中的共性而忽视师生不同的个性特点等倾向，在思想政治工作的价值取向、主体观念、目标体系以及工作方法上提出了相应的对策。
