| 摘 要： | 知识产权信托既是以无形财产权为对象的新型信托类型,也是为解决科技成果转化难进行的探索。对于中小企业而言,知识产权信托不仅有利于科技成果产业化,也为其融资增添了新途径。本文分析了知识产权作为信托财产的可行性,以及如何通过信托帮助中小企业利用知识产权筹集资金,并对知识产权信托公示进行探讨,以促进中小企业知识产权信托管理的完善。

| Abstract: | Intellectual property rights trust is a new type of trust based on intangible property rights, which also helps to transform the scientific and technological achievements into reality. To small and medium enterprises, intellectual property rights trust is conducive not only to the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, but also to adding new channels of financing. Based on the analysis of the feasibility of intellectual property rights as the trust property, and on the use of the intellectual property rights trust to raise funds, this paper explores publication of intellectual property rights trust in order to improve the management of intellectual property rights trust. |
