| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育在面对提高大学生就业力这一新问题、新挑战时,其具体实施模式、方法必须进行调整与创新。必须坚持谋求与用人单位的用人结构、人才评判标准和消费需求相适应,谋求与大学生就业和从业及职业发展要求相适应的措施,从而实现大学生就业力的和谐发展。
