| 摘 要： | 工学结合是我国职业教育改革与发展的关键问题,是新形势下职业教育改革的重要方向,是加快职业教育发展的根本出路。工学交替是工学结合办学模式的主要渠道,然而要实现工学交替并不容易。学校、企业能否找到工学交替共同的目标、利益及动力,解开目前校企难融合的瓶颈问题,是促进工学交替人才培养模式能否正常开展的关键。

| Abstract: | Working-schooling combination is a trend in the reform of vocational education in China and an effective way to accelerate the development of vocational education.It is a key to the successful operation of the educational mode of working-schooling alternation whether schools and enterprises can break through the bottlenecks presently existing in the difficult cooperation between schools and enterprises by reaching common targets,interests and driving forces. |
