| 摘 要： | 建立一套全面、系统、科学、实用的外包书商评价指标体系，是正确选择外包书商、保证图书馆藏书质量和有效利用购书经费的关键。文章阐述了评价指标体系的涵义，分析并阐明了我国图书馆外包书商评价指标体系的现状和构建意义，并从书商的基本资质、注册资金、CIS竞争力等十个方面对如何建立外包书商评价指标体系进行了系统研究。

| Abstract: | Setting up an overall,systematic,scientific and practical evaluating indicator system for outsourcing booksellers is the key to selection of outsourcing booksellers correctly and the guarantee of the quality of books purchased by libraries,and the effective utilization of expenditure used to buy books.In the article,the author illustrates the connotation of evaluating the indicator system,analyzes the present state and the significance of evaluating indicator system for outsourcing booksellers in the libraries of China.A systematic research has been made by the author from ten aspects: the basic qualifications of booksellers,the capital registered,the CIS competitive forces and so on in the article. |
