| 摘 要： | 图书馆档案编研工作是高校图书馆工作的一个重要组成部分。文章指出了图书馆档案编研工作的意义,总结了档案编研的特点、内容及形式,并针对编研工作重＂编＂不重＂研＂和编研人才缺乏的现状,从提高认识、寻求合作、从实际出发选择编研内容和形式三个方面,提出了做好高校图书馆档案编研工作的看法。

| Abstract: | Compilation and research work of library archive is an important component of the overall work of a university library.This article points out the significance of the compilation and research work of a library,sums up the characteristics,contents and form of the work.Considering the present situation of stress having been placed on compilation not researches,and the insufficiency of professional personnel,the author holds that the compilation and research work of a library should be strengthened from the following three aspects: raise librarians’ understanding,seeking co-operation and selecting suitable contents and forms by adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts. |
