| 摘 要： | 高职房地产经营与估价专业是一个实践性非常强的专业,而实训室是房地产经营与估价专业实践教学的重要组成部分。文章从实训室建设的必要性出发,提出了房地产经营与估价专业实训室的构建原则与建设方案,并对其功能与效果进行了分析。
