| 摘 要： | 职业压力已成为我国旅游行业中困扰导游人员较为突出的问题,由压力引发的导游人员行为阻碍了我国旅游业的健康发展。本文从分析导游人员的职业压力表现及压力源入手,针对性的提出了导游人员面对职业压力的自我调适方法。
