| 摘 要： | 和谐社会构建的实质是调整利益格局和利益关系，这种调整的目标是促进利益关系的和谐发展。从这个意义上讲，利益关系和谐是和谐社会的本质属性和外在体现。要促进利益关系的和谐发展，则必须处理好利益表达和利益代表的关系，注重和优化利益表达是实现利益关系和谐的必要环节。正视和发挥利益表达对和谐社会构建的意义和作用，就必须完善和优化利益表达的政治过程。

| Abstract: | Regulating the structure and handling the relations of Interest is essential in the process of constructing harmonious society.The goal of the regulating is to promote the harmonious development of relations of interest.In a sense,harmonizing the relations of interests is an essential aspect and outside manifestation.So,it is important that handling the relations between representing the interests of the people and the people's expressions of interests.To realize relation with interest harmony;to take expressions of interests seriously.In the end,it is a necessary chain for perfecting the political process by expressing interests. |
