| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨纤维支气管镜检查对肺癌的诊断价值.方法:回顾分析258例经纤维支气管镜检查肺癌患者的资料.结果:258例肺癌中经纤维支气管镜确诊246例(95.3%),6例术后、4例经皮肺组织穿刺病理证实,2例淋巴结转移灶活检确诊.结论:纤维支气管镜检查对中心型肺癌患者诊断有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the diagnostic value for lung cancer by fibropticbronchoscopy. Methods: Review 258 cases of lung cancer by fibropticbronchoscopy. Results: 246 cases were diagnosed definitely by fibropticbronchoscopy. 6 cases were diagnosed definitely through surgery operation. 4 cases were confirmed by puncturing lung tissues. Conclusion: Fibropticbronchoscopy plays an important role on diagnosing lung cancer cases definitely. |
