| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,对吉首市锻炼人群集中的8个社区的老年太极拳锻炼现状进行调查和研究,包括参与太极拳锻炼者的基本情况、锻炼者的练习拳种、锻炼时间、锻炼者的场所、锻炼者的规模及组织形式、锻炼动机等,旨在为社区老年群体太极拳锻炼科学化、系统化、规范化提供理论依据和实践参考。

| Abstract: | This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,to study the current situations of elderly Taijiquan exercise in 8 communities of Jishou City,including the basic situations,the types of Taiji Quan the elder participating,their exercise time,exercise places,the exercise scales,their participating motivations,and so on,tries to provide some evidences and references for community elder people for their Taiji Quan exercises more scientifically,systematically and standardized. |
