数控铣削加工过程中残余应力分布模型分析

摘    要:通过对数控铣削过程中的铣削力分析,并利用测力仪测量各参数下的铣削力,最后运用回归分析方法建立了相应的数控铣削力数学模型.同时将数控铣削加工机理与弹塑性变形理论相结合,从理论上推导出在数控铣削加工过程中,数控铣削力与残余应力之间的关系,并建立相应的数学模型,可有效地分析数控加工过程中铣削力对工件残余应力分布的影响规律,为实际数控铣削过程中控制铣削残余应力分布提供理论支持.

An Analysis of Residual Stress Distribution Model in NC Milling Process

Abstract:The NC milling forces in the NC milling process are analyzed, and then the forces under different parameters are measured by dynamometer. Finally the mathematical model of the NC milling forces is established by the regression analysis method. At the same time, the relationship between NC milling forces and residual stress is derived from a combination of the NC milling mechanism and elastic- plastic deformation theory, and then the corresponding mathematical model is established to effectively analyze the influencing law of the NC milling forces on residual stress distribution in NC milling process, thus providing theoretical support for residual stress distribution controlling in the actual NC milling process.
