| Abstract: | The talent cultivation mode of the higher vocational colleges concerns the sustainable development of the colleges, the talent cultivation level, and the non-stop delivery of high skilled talents to society. The connotation of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges is the basic principal of its reform, and determines the focus of its reform in professional setting, curriculum system setting, and university-enterprise cooperation and so on. |
