| 摘 要： | 本文从法律专科层次毕业生就业难这一人才培养问题出发,分析其中社会环境、学校培养、学生自身方面的原因,指出面向农村基层法律服务的就业途径,提出在学校教育中专业培养方向、课程设置、就业教育、能力培养等方面应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | Now it's hard for the graduate students of law to find job. In this paper we based on the problem of talent cultivating, analyzed the reasons of social environment, university education and personal problem. We pointed that the graduates can joint in the legal service of country. The college can improve the abilities of students from these approaches: major cultivating, subject, employment education, personal ability ect. |
