| 摘 要： | 为了健全我国动物保护的法律体系，完善相关动物福利制度，我国在动物福利方面的立法应该加强，应当制定出一部符合我国自身国情的动物福利法。在介绍澳大利亚的有关动物福利法规体系的同时，给出了建设我国相关法律体系的建议，以期为我国动物福利立法的发展提供有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the system of protection of animals and better animal welfare-related systems in China,the animal welfare legislation should be strengthened.The animal welfare law should be developed in line with our country's conditions.This paper introduces the legislation of Australia's animal welfare and puts forward some advice for the construction of the same legislation,hoping to provide some beneficial attempt for the development of the animal welfare act. |
